  • 1 cup oat flour (option to. DIY with a blender of your choice; I love my Nutribullet!)
  • 1 cup almond flour. (Aldi’s brands is my favorite!)
  • 1 29oz can of peaches (including juices). Substitute fresh or frozen peaches.
  • 5 teaspoons of softened butter
  • 1+ teaspoon of apple pie seasoning (or your favorite baking spice)
  • Optional: Flax or hemp flour (DIY with Nutribullet)
  • Optional: Nuts of your choice (watch out for allergies, Option to blend these up too, making the nuts easier to enjoy for some people.)
  • 8″ x 8″ baking pan – optional to line with parchment paper.

Instructions:

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). I love using my Ninja Foodi Toaster Oven for this, and many other culinary creations.
  • Prepare 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper for easy cleanup, optional.
  • Using your Nutribullet, prepare oat flour by blending oats until fine and flour-like. Measure out 1 cup of oat flour.
  • In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together 1 cup oat flour, 1 cup almond flour, and1+ tea spoon of apple pie seasoning.
  • In a separate large mixing bowl, combine the softened butter with the dry ingredients using a fork until crumbly.
  • Open the can of peaches and pour the entire contents, including juices, into the crumble mixture. Gently stir until combined.
  • Optionally, fold in flax or hemp flour for added fiber and nuts for extra crunch.
  • Transfer the peach crumble mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  • Bake for approximately 35 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  • Allow the peach crumble to cool slightly before serving.
