  • 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions:

  1. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, mustards, and apple cider vinegar.
  3. Heat a grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Brush the pork chops with the honey mustard glaze and grill for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  5. Brush the pork chops with more glaze during cooking, if desired.
  6. Serve with any remaining glaze on the side.

Spicy Shrimp Skewers: Ingredients:

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
